Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are to be made within 24hrs of the appointment, if it is under 24 hours or you do not show up you will be responsible to pay 100% of your service that day. Please come in clean faced for any lash or brow appointments. Preferably no caffeine if it makes you jittery and please try to arrive 5 minutes early to do any paperwork. Booking Policy:

All new clients must put down a 50% deposit and have a card on file in order to book an appointment. This helps us in case of a no-show appointment or last-minute cancellation. The deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the appointment upon purchase. If the appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour cancellation period, the deposit will be stored as credit to be used towards your next appointment.
